Refund Policy – Carlton Enterprise Holdings

At Carlton Enterprise Holdings, we value your satisfaction and work to ensure our services meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our business, certain refund limitations apply.

1. Service-Based Transactions
All consulting and property management services are delivered based on agreed terms and timelines. Once services have commenced, payments are non-refundable.

2. Deposits & Retainers
Any deposit or retainer fees paid to secure services are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources dedicated to your project.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before the start of service delivery may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

  • Cancellations after work has begun will not qualify for a refund.

4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in cases where Carlton Enterprise Holdings fails to provide services as agreed due to factors within our control. Such refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
